Karen Croteau is a Partner at Goss Gilroy Inc. (GGI) with over 20 years of experience specializing in socio-economic and evaluation research in the Science and Technology Sector. Ms. Croteau has extensive experience in a variety of areas including, performance measurement, organizational/resource review, benefit/cost analysis, organizational benchmarking, business case development, business process improvement, risk management, change management, and project/ program management. Ms. Croteau has focused primarily on the provision of evaluation and evaluation-related services since 2002. She is highly experienced in qualitative and quantitative research methods and has served a wide range of clients in federal, provincial, and non-governmental areas. She frequently serves as a subject matter expert in evaluation and performance measurement. She has co-authored a global evaluation methodology, developed new and innovative evaluation methods, and has taught impact evaluation at the post-secondary level. Ms. Croteau is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society and the American Evaluation Association and has received her Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation.
