Pascal Grenier

Pascal Grenier is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience at CAE, driving global transformations across aerospace, defence, and technology sectors.

As President of Flightscape, he leads a key segment that focuses on operational technology outsourcing for airline operators, delivering innovative digital solutions that optimize flight operations worldwide.

A member of CAE’s Executive Management Committee, Mr. Grenier shapes the company’s strategic vision and fosters a culture of innovation and excellence. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Global Operations, Technologies & Innovation, he oversaw global Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Procurement, Quality Assurance, Innovation, IT, and Digital Solutions across all CAE business units, managing a multibillion dollar portfolio and driving significant operational efficiencies.

Mr. Grenier’s leadership in M&A, digital innovation, and market expansion has been pivotal in positioning CAE as a global leader in aviation training and technology. He has successfully led the integration of new divisions and markets, including a digital acceleration division.

Mr. Grenier has previously served on various educational boards in the Montreal region.

Mr. Grenier holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (honors) from Université de Montréal – École Polytechnique and is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
